Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the execution of major transformation projects and drive strategic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality project plans, schedules, and registers, while ensuring seamless customer experience.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and registers for strategic operations projects.
  • Lead the delivery of growth projects under the service operations strategy, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Incorporate customer-centric thinking into all aspects of project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. They will have a strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to measure continuous improvement. A background in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills is essential.

Experience gained in a similar position, ideally with expertise in project management or business analytics within a related industry, is highly desirable.
