**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this high calibre role will be responsible for improving performance, productivity and efficiency, to ensure that all commercial projects are both cost and time effective whilst aligning with quality and safety requirements. This role will oversee and manage production, operations, engineering, quality and safety and provide both strategic and operational input and analysis.

**KEY RESPONSBILTIES**
- Provide hands on day to day management of the commercial operation, providing both strategic and operational input and analysis for this multi-site business;
- Manage the national commercial project delivery pipeline, scheduling volumes, and actively set individual and team targets;
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
- Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards on project updates, KPIs, and risks etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with all functional leads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations delivery team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and projects
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of enterprise wide systems, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimise costs
- Uphold organisation policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess 5+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field;
- Have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, engineering, production, and employee management;
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity;
- Be able to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands;
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines;
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., Hubspot, ERP)
- Experience with budget and Strategic plan development
