Role Summary

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the delivery and operations of a critical platform.

About the Role

In this strategic delivery lead role, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent project streams, managing a large team, and ensuring the platform operates at its optimum level.

You will act as the day-to-day guardian and champion of the platform, nurturing relationships with stakeholders and driving engagement to deliver complex projects and business-as-usual enhancements.

This role requires strong experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects, with a proven ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.

You will partner with business stakeholders to co-design and support the development of the platform roadmap and strategy, and champion business demands to achieve highest business value through strategic and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders and drive engagement to deliver complex projects and business-as-usual enhancements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to co-design and support the development of the platform roadmap and strategy
  • Champion business demands to achieve highest business value through strategic and scalable solutions
  • Manage platform build and maintenance activities, operational stability, capacity management, systems monitoring and alerting, product licenses and lifecycle management
  • Define metrics and implement mechanisms to measure and improve delivery and operational efficiencies across the platform
Requirements
  • Significant experience as a senior delivery/ platform manager in a complex organisation, preferably delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects
  • Strong experience working with agile frameworks within cross-functional agile projects
  • Proven ability to work to a structured delivery framework
  • Significant experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes
  • Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels
  • Advanced written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management
