Job Title: IT Program Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned IT Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives and projects.

  • Provide exceptional program and project leadership, ensuring governance, high performance, and alignment with existing frameworks to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure project plans, methodologies, and change management practices meet industry standards.
  • Deliver project outcomes in accordance with key parameters such as timelines and benefit realizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress and critical milestones.
  • Effectively manage project-related risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management; experience in aged care is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Project Management are advantageous.
  • Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Lean Sigma) are preferred.
  • Extensive experience in delivering cross-functional projects across the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, vendor management, organizational change management, and resource allocation.
