Job Title:

Strategic Leader for Curriculum Implementation.

Job Description:

This role involves shaping the strategic development and operational management of curriculum implementation processes, directly contributing to aligning them with the University's overarching goals and objectives.

As a key leader in Student Administration, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of curriculum implementation for both Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education (VET). This includes managing curriculum data, timetable data, fees data, and academic calendars to ensure smooth student transaction processes.

Establishing efficient and effective student administration practices by reviewing and improving policies and processes related to curriculum data management is critical. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the University.

Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Education & Quality, Schools, Teaching and Learning Departments, and operational teams within Student Administration. Building strong working relationships will ensure that curriculum implementation meets internal and external stakeholder needs.

As a senior leader, you will set high standards of customer service and foster a responsive approach. Provide support to the Deputy Director and act as deputy when required.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading staff and influencing policy in large, complex organisations.
  • Development of strategic and operational plans, process improvements, and sound understanding of Australian university and VE sectors.
  • Knowledge of student systems, preferably experience in Technology One Student Management System and CANVAS.

Qualifications:

  • Post graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education training.
