Job Opportunity

The role involves providing strategic operational support to 3 key practice groups and cross-practice initiatives at a leading law firm.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operations and strategic direction of our practices, partners, and projects, with a focus on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributing to and evolving the Practice Group operations for the Business Finance, Mergers Acquisitions, and Real Estate Practice Groups.
  • Implementing Practice Leader and Practice Group priorities, including Practice Group Retreats, business and team planning, and monitoring/reporting implementation.
  • Developing and delivering partnership-related projects, including partnership admissions and partner onboarding/induction.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and facilitating the development and delivery of Practice Group and cross-Practice Group/firm initiatives.
About You

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will bring a range of skills, including project management, time management, multi-tasking, and flexibility. You will also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders.

You will be interested in the operation of a law firm as a business and have good commercial acumen and judgment. You will be able to navigate ambiguity and manage complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
