Change Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate effectively in complex service environments with multiple stakeholders and layers of change.
  • Broad experience across service, technology, people, and culture change.
  • Apply Human Centred Design and service design principles, collaborating with stakeholders to co-create meaningful change.
  • Demonstrate empathy when working with diverse groups, including seniors, carers, and community teams.
  • Develop and deliver change transition plans, identify required activities and resources, and build strong relationships to support successful change.
  • Partner with managers and project teams to embed change activities, co-design strategies, and foster an inclusive, values-driven change culture.
  • Execute tailored change management strategies, engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness.
  • Lead communication and engagement initiatives, creating materials to build awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
