About the Opportunity

ANÁVO is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing global clean energy company to find a strategic HR Business Partner for its Australian and APAC operations.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations, drive regional initiatives, and partner closely with both local leadership and global HQ.

The role blends strategic HR planning with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead HR operations across Australia and support APAC regional strategy
  • Advise senior leaders on organization design, performance, and talent development
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-border HR projects and transformation initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a business partnering or regional role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices across Australia and Asia
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in clean tech or high-growth industries is a plus
