Job Description

About this Role

The Program Management Office (PMO) provides project management resources that deliver a program of diverse capital, operational and renewal projects for the community.

As the Manager Delivery you will be responsible for leading our team of project managers and delivering our biggest program yet.

This is an exciting time with delivery of facilities such as the new Aquatic and Recreation Centre and a range of other interesting capital and operational projects.

You will bring your ability to oversee the delivery of Council's annual capital, operational and renewal programs, ensuring projects are delivered to a high quality, on time and within budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement an integrated approach to project management across the organisation
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the annual program
  • Accountability for the successful management of all Program Management processes and functions
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Demonstrated skills in managing a program of projects and solid understanding or experience in implementing and operating project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Substantial experience in driving excellence in project management and program office management
  • Capacity to take the initiative and drive change and a track record of outstanding people leadership and team development
