Delivering Critical Programs with Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects.

  • Lead and manage multiple technology-based programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to align stakeholders and develop effective program management and control disciplines.
  • Work closely with senior PMO and program professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage projects using various methodologies, including waterfall, agile, or hybrid approaches.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in managing large-scale programs for blue-chip clients.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to drive program delivery and success.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed teams of 40+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in delivering programs using various techniques.
