Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop a portfolio of high-potential retail partners
- Drive sales through strategic range expansion, promotions, and distribution enhancements
- Implement effective store execution models, ensuring seamless execution from planograms to displays and point-of-sale activation
- Build lasting relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
- Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
- Monitor store-level execution using CRM tools to stay ahead
- Work with beloved, household-name brands

- 3+ years' experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG beneficial)
