Experience Manager

The Cotton On Group is seeking a dynamic Experience Manager to lead the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong. This role is all about bringing the fun and shaping an on-campus culture that's buzzing with energy, creativity, and connection.

This includes delivering an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception, running epic internal events and unforgettable parties, and leading with energy, positivity, and a can-do mindset.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving engagement and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our teams to deliver a customer-obsessed experience, consistently anticipating needs and delivering beyond expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, 5+ years in event management, hospitality, facilities, or workplace management, or a relevant qualification, and proven experience in leading teams.
