- The Cultural Ambassador will oversee the English as an Additional Language (EAL) program, ensuring it caters to students' diverse backgrounds and needs.
- They will develop and implement curriculum programs tailored to individual requirements.
- The incumbent will collaborate with Learning Diversity Leaders to provide appropriate support to refugee, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and other culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) students within the classroom.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian curriculum frameworks and contemporary teaching practices.
- Ability to model effective teaching strategies accommodating diverse learning styles.
- Registration or eligibility to register with VIT.
