Campus Culture Ambassador

This role involves creating a vibrant and engaging on-campus experience. As our Campus Culture Ambassador, you will design and execute innovative events that foster a sense of community and connection among staff.
You will lead the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong, overseeing the delivery of exceptional experiences at our world-class cafe and reception. You will be the go-to person for all things related to campus culture, driving engagement, and building on our unique cultural identity.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in event management, with a background in hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification. Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects is essential.
