About the Role

The Workplace Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to clients, ensuring their workplaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards of quality.

This position involves managing daily pantry operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and ensuring quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively identifying and addressing culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors as needed.

Regularly inspecting and floor walking through the workplace will be essential to ensure that cleaning, food, and other services meet standards, providing clients with high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and professionalism, with a passion for hospitality. Strong ability to prioritise, manage time efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is also required.

Able to work collaboratively in diverse teams and independently, the selected candidate will be adaptable to new technology and experienced with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily pantry operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors as needed.
  • Regularly inspect and floor walk-through the workplace to ensure that cleaning, food, and other services meet standards.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with client employees and guests, maintaining high visibility throughout the workplace.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback relating to workplace services.
