- Compensation Programs: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.">
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.">
- HR System Administration: Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.">
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.">
