Scrum Master Job Opportunity

This role is a key position in Agile teams, ensuring they follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead squads to maintain consistency of Agile delivery practices and roadmap alignment.
  • Remove blockers and impediments for squads, manage risks, and protect Sprint commitments.
  • Support squads in framing problems, identifying solutions and opportunities through workshops and facilitation.
  • Ensure Scrum understanding and adherence among the team members.
  • Facilitate all required Scrum events, providing the team with scope, priority, and schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leading or supporting Agile teams in Agile ways of working, helping them understand how and why we do things the way we do.
  • Experience with Information Management suites such as Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
  • Project support and end-user change management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and or Lean methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
