High-Performing Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead a high-performing team and drive business outcomes through agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach teams in agile principles and practices, modeling the agile mindset and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Plan, set up, and facilitate agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams stay focused on goals.
  • Assist teams in planning, understanding, and being accountable for achieving their objectives, anticipating and addressing blockers or impediments that may hinder progress.
  • Shape process design and ensure team adherence to agreed-upon agile rules, creating a safe environment where issues or concerns can be raised without fear.
  • Help teams manage conflicts and challenges, improve cohesion, motivation, dynamics, and performance by researching industry trends, frameworks, and tooling to guide agency use of agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to protect the team from external influences impacting their ability to meet agreed goals, negotiating with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Represent teams in meetings, relay information back to the team, and deliver presentations to diverse audiences using strong communication skills.
