A Dream Agile Role

Are you an experienced Agile Coach looking to take on a challenging role that will allow you to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our organization?

We are seeking a skilled Agile professional to join our team as a Scrum Master. As a key member of our Digital Solutions Division, you will be embedded into various project teams to drive Agile delivery and governance.

Your main focus will be on leading Agile teams, improving Agile maturity, transferring knowledge, and mentoring existing staff. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager and other team members to set the tone for success and optimize value.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience guiding delivery teams
  • Strong leadership skills to nurture and focus activities in line with Agile principles
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring staff for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to cultivate effective collaboration and a positive team culture
  • Demonstrated industry-based knowledge and experience in delivering complex large-scale projects within the SAFe framework

Bonus points if you have experience with Azure DevOps or leading multiple multidisciplinary teams
