We are seeking a skilled and driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our field sales team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our reach across categories in central Melbourne.
You will hunt down new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and generate effective call plans to drive sales growth. If you have a proven track record in FMCG or hospitality sales, and are passionate about winning new business, this could be the role for you.
- Hunt down new business opportunities across non-trading and lapsed customers
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, reconnecting with lost leads, and teaming up with the field sales team
- Generate and execute an effective call plan in collaboration with the development team
- Create trusted relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
