We are working with a leading company in the waste management industry. Our client is dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand their market presence and drive business growth in North / West Melbourne.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners. This role requires you to work closely with key decision-makers, utilising strong communication skills to build lasting relationships. A consultative B2B sales approach, critical thinking, and the ability to execute tailored solutions strategies will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business partnership opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships.
- Apply critical thinking and strategic planning to ensure project success.
- 2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in executing successful development strategies.
- Experience in the waste or recycling industry is preferred but not essential.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Ideally, if you are from North/West Melbourne.
