Sales Manager – Construction Equipment

Excalibur Machinery is a leading supplier of quality construction equipment, specialising in forklifts, excavators, and pallet jacks. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Excalibur Machinery's presence across Australia. You'll manage day-to-day sales activities and contribute to business development initiatives while working closely with management to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage online sales advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Handle and convert incoming customer enquiries into sales.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within construction equipment or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of forklifts, excavators, pallet jacks, and related machinery.
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Digital marketing and social media management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
