Key Role in Optimizing Production Efficiency

An exciting opportunity exists to join our dynamic team as a Production Optimization Manager.

You will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency by leading a team of skilled maintenance fitters on our Pack 3 - Packaging Line. You will coordinate, coach, and manage the maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment availability in our production environment.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Production Optimization Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging line. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-speed packaging lines, proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Expertise in high-speed packaging lines (beverage experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes (GEM).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Previous experience working with external contractors and overseeing their performance.
