Key Responsibilities

As a specialist in oilfield chemicals, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring production chemical programs to evaluate their impact on production efficiency and environmental sustainability.
  • Optimizing production chemical programs to improve outcomes.
  • Conducting routine laboratory analysis of hydrocarbon, water, and gas samples in accordance with established procedures.
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for production-related issues and conducting chemical field trials as needed.
  • Collaborating with field personnel to communicate daily tasks and progress updates.
Work Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry or relevant experience in a commercial laboratory setting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and systems from downhole to pipeline distribution.
  • Proficiency in using common Microsoft computer-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects.
