Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • High-speed packaging lines expertise (beverage experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes (GEM).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Previous experience working with external contractors and overseeing their performance.
  • Experience with FMCG machinery and ability to meet KPIs.
  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant Engineering and Maintenance Management qualifications.
