Therapy Team Leader Position

   Our organization is seeking an experienced Therapy Team Leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional evidence-based and contemporary therapy services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with therapists to ensure seamless service provision while achieving organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a flexible and agile manner to focus on impactful outcomes for clients and staff.
  • Support the Therapy team to deliver high-quality services in accordance with organisational goals.
  • Maintain open communication lines with team members to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Requirements

   To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership experience in disability, health, or related services. You should also be committed to human-centered approaches and supporting inclusion and participation.

  • Essential Requirements:
  • A current Driver's License and own vehicle.
  • Registration with AHPRA or a professional peak body.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
