Leadership Role in Occupational Therapy

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Team Leader Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, including speech pathology, teacher of the deaf, early intervention education, and allied health assistant services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice in occupational therapy, staying current with industry developments and research.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Current Victorian driver's license.
  • National Police Check or National NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current seasonal Influenza vaccination and COVID vaccination.
