Radiation Therapy Service Delivery Specialist

As a Radiation Therapist Manager, you will oversee the clinical operation of our unit and be accountable for providing ongoing support to our on-site Radiation Therapists. This leadership position involves managing a small team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and management to the Radiation Therapist team
- Maintain the highest standards of service delivery and patient satisfaction
- Ensure suitable training and development services are provided to the Radiation Therapists
- Apply efficient resource and workflow management strategies to optimize quality and efficiency
- Excellent leadership skills with proven success in leading a small team
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong understanding of effective oncology-based service delivery models
- Proven technical proficiency in treatment planning and delivery
