**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our dedicated and growing Occupational Therapy team. As a key member of our Allied Health service, you will be responsible for overseeing assessments and developing solutions for clients preparing to set up their new homes.

This senior role offers the unique opportunity to work on long-term plans with clients and guide clinicians in building relationships and making recommendations. You will be supported by one of Australia's leading Occupational Therapists with expertise in NDIS home and living solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with disabilities, providing evidence-based therapy services, and demonstrating leadership capabilities. A good working knowledge of the NDIS, AT, home mods, SIL & SDA assessments is desirable.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing client-driven evidence-based therapy services
  • Leading a team of occupational therapists
  • Making recommendations and guiding clinicians
  • Developing and implementing assessment plans
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent degree
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Experience working in the disability sector
  • Good working knowledge of the NDIS
