**Therapist Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a therapist at our organization, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based services to people with a range of disabilities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities. You will work within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

  • Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
  • Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement
  • Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
  • Timely documentation & report writing
  • Managing a varied caseload
  • Meeting professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
