**Therapist Role**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a therapist at our organization, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based services to people with a range of disabilities.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities. You will work within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
- Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
- Timely documentation & report writing
- Managing a varied caseload
- Meeting professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
To be successful in this role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
- Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
