About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Early Childhood Education Team Lead to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Armidale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and fostering strong relationships with our local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including leading a team of educators and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance
  • Mentor and support educators to meet and exceed National Quality Standards
  • Cultivate partnerships with families and the local community to promote the centre's services
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, preferably in a similar setting
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and meet safety and compliance standards
