About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindy room team and develop a lifelong love of learning for our children through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.

The ideal candidate will be able to design, implement and evaluate educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child while supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room
  • Develop educational programs that foster a love of learning
  • Support the centre to meet/exceed national quality standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
