A leading role in early childhood education is available at Milestones Early Learning Armidale, a 90-place centre with a strong team of educators.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ACM who can lead the way in delivering exceptional care and education to our children. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, and a current Working with Children's Check.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual who is committed to achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

About this Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$85,000 - $95,000 per annum + benefits package (estimated based on location and industry standards).
