A rewarding opportunity has arisen to join our team at Affinity Education as a Lead Early Childhood Education Specialist. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead the way in early childhood education, where every child's journey matters.

As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our centres, meeting compliance and financial targets, and creating long-lasting connections with your local community.

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, and a current Working with Children's Check.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 50% discount on childcare fees from your first day, scholarships for Bachelor or Master's degree in early childhood education, and access to extensive training and development opportunities.

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
