We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Elderslie. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

Job Description

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services to children aged 0-5 years.

You will have the autonomy to develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your expertise will help foster a culture of child safety and wellbeing, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
