About the Role

Milestones Early Learning Greenway is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that foster a love of learning in our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child
  • Motivate and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • A strong commitment to child-centred practice and ongoing professional development
