At Affinity Education, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team in Elderslie.

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional educator who can lead our childcare team and provide high-quality early education to children from birth to five years old.

This is a part-time position with shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our educators, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring the highest standards of child care and education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
