Job Summary

The Partnerships & Indirect Sales team is a critical component of our new indirect sales business unit in Sydney. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling to leverage maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to grow partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals.
  • Acquire market knowledge to become an expert in the FX world and set yourself up for a successful sales career in a global Fintech.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression and maximize results.
About You
  • You enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset and have a genuine interest in learning about others and their business.
  • You have 5+ years' experience in B2B partner-facing functions, ideally in the financial services with experience in the FX market.
  • You possess a structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organization skills.
  • You are passionate about creatively solving problems and have an entrepreneurial spirit, being pragmatic, autonomous, and self-driven.
  • You are business fluent in English.
