Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of National Automation Sales & Marketing Manager. This full-time position is based at our Head Office and may require regular interstate and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and go-to-market plans.

- Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
- Facilitate the closing of acquisitions and project sales.

- Formulate regional business strategies.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new business avenues or niches.
- Support the formulation of business plans aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional capable of navigating multiple business units, managing diverse priorities, and fostering effective relationships at all organizational levels.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven industry experience in Automation or specialized equipment manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and MS Office.
- Strong customer focus and industry insight are crucial.
- Exceptional presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in marketing is advantageous.
