About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at The Star Sydney, a leading entertainment venue in the heart of Sydney.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our F&B Attendants, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field an asset.
