We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Lead to join our team at Henley Beach Hotel. As an Operational Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing the back of house administration, recruiting and training team members, rostering, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the operational aspects of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff recruitment and training
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with industry software and systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management tools
