Senior Facilities/ Operations Director Role

We are seeking a Senior Facilities/ Operations Director to lead our site operations and management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

  • Site Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, including technical and facilities' operations, and ensuring that all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
  • Leadership & Staff Management: You will provide leadership and guidance to your team, acting as a coach and mentor, and develop them through performance assessments and training.
  • Risk Management: You will ensure that our Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained, and follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: You will build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: You will ensure that vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience: In a similar Senior Facilities Manager role with an in-depth understanding of technical aspects of property.
  • Knowledge: Of local occupational health and safety requirements, vendor management for specialized services, commercial contracts, and financial analysis.
  • Skills: Strong budget management and analytical skills, proactive approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement, excellent planning and organizational skills, and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff.
