Service Operations Leader

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a national facilities and property business.

You will oversee service operations, lead a team of professionals, and drive results for major clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, KPIs, and service delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of Service Team Leaders and Schedulers (10+), providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
  • Identify performance gaps, develop strategies, and coach staff to achieve excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded for major clients.
  • Pull and interpret service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in fast-paced FM, property, operations, or service delivery environments.
  • Industry knowledge in facilities management or trade-based services, with contracts understanding.
  • Confidence managing high-volume service delivery teams, ideally with scheduling/dispatch experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with platforms like Simpro, Wink, and client portals.
  • A hands-on approach to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Clear communication skills, influencing and building trust at all levels.
