Portfolio Facilities Leader
About the RoleThis senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing facilities management of a national retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver best-in-class services across multiple assets.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations/facilities managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and building services nationwide.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and contractor safety performance.
- Procurement activities and vendor relationships are also key aspects of this role.
- Act as escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients and leadership.
- Assist in budget development and cost tracking, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
- Proven senior experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management or related fields.
- Deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works.
