Risk and Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Expert to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing risk management and compliance initiatives across the practice.

  • Drive proactive and effective risk management and compliance capability, including managing workflows and key risk and compliance activities.
  • Support a small team to ensure timely delivery of risk and compliance projects and tasks.
  • Manage various compliance obligations, respond to corporate and risk-related queries, and liaise with the Legal team as necessary.
  • Oversee updates to relevant corporate risk policies and guidance for the Australian practice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk and compliance management within a professional services environment, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. They will be able to weigh risks against operational needs and provide sound advice.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with colleagues across different business functions and lead or contribute to ad hoc projects to drive process improvements and enhance efficiencies.
