Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

The organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead risk management practices and embed a culture of compliance. This role requires strategic leadership to drive initiatives enhancing risk awareness and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise risk management strategy aligned with organisational goals and values.
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance under the risk management strategy, identifying continuous improvement measures.
  • Providing strategic oversight to organisational continuous quality improvement.
  • Overseeing the Risk Management platform, ensuring the organisation operates within its risk appetite.
  • Establishing and leading a streamlined, compliance approach across operations and corporate services.

About the Role:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Risk Management or Law.
  • Experience in managing and leading enterprise risk management, compliance, and assurance.
  • Extensive experience in implementing frameworks, policies, and systems to mitigate risks and enhance business resilience.
  • Experience in leading investigations and conflict of interest management.
  • Desirable: Experience working in aged care and/or community service.
