This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing, national business where you will have the freedom to shape compliance, risk, and property management frameworks that will underpin our future success.

- Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations.
- Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management.
- High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, law, or a related field.

- Access to study assistance for continuous development, and a strong focus on internal promotions to help you grow within.
- 14 weeks paid primary carer's leave & 4 weeks paid secondary carer's leave.
- Up to 2 weeks of purchased leave.
- Choice between an iPhone or Samsung mobile.
