Commercial Relationship Manager

The Role:
- A commercially focused position where you will manage national QSR, multi-site operators, and food manufacturer accounts within the HORECA channel.
This is a key role in our organization that focuses on managing relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities with key partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive incremental growth through NPD, menu solutions, and limited time offers.
- Leading day-to-day account management including pricing, promotional planning, and business reviews.
- Building strong, strategic relationships across new and existing accounts.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proven track record in account management and business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
