**Engagement and Participation Officer Role**

The Engagement and Participation Officer will be responsible for planning and organising recreational activity programs to promote social interaction and community engagement among residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement engaging recreational activities to cater to diverse interests and abilities of residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant qualification such as Cert IV in Leisure & Health. Previous experience in an aged care setting is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of work health and safety practices.
