About the Opportunity:

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting participant engagement strategies to drive Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) occupancy goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Developing and implementing effective participant engagement strategies in South Australia
    • Fostering strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and key stakeholders
    • Identifying local market opportunities and engaging with disability service providers and referral networks
    • Organising property viewings, assisting with tenancy documentation, and facilitating onboarding
    • Ensuring all participant interactions are recorded and followed up promptly
  • You Will Also Be Responsible For:
    • Representing our organisation at expos, industry events, and community functions
    • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure housing meets participant needs
    • Maintaining stakeholder satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication
    • Advocating for our values in the broader disability and SDA sectors
